Step 1 – Selection Of Stone

Select the stone you need for your project. We have various colours, patterns, and finishes to choose from.

Get the measurements and sizes of the selected stone. You can also contact us for expert advice on tiles or slab sizes.

Step 2 – Production and Payments

Contact us. We will assign you a project manager who will understand your requirements and communicate with you from placing an order to delivery, the project manager will send you an estimate quote. Once you agree on a quote, our accounts department will send you a Proforma invoice for upfront payment. After the upfront cost, we will start production of your order. We will send you pictures and videos of your order for visual confirmation; we will start packaging your order after your approval. Once you approve the merchandise, you need to submit the remaining payment of your order to proceed further.

Step 3 – Shipping and Doorstep Delivery

By understanding your requirements, the project manager will send you an estimate quote. After receiving confirmation of the remaining payment, we will hand over the shipment to our logistics department. Once the shipment is onboard on selected shipping carrier, we will assign you a delivery agent in your country who will contact you and perform a customs clearance procedure on your behalf. As soon as consignment get customs cleared, our delivery agent will confirm a delivery slot at your convenience and arrange delivery at your doorstep. You will get your order delivered, unpack it and send pictures to us post installation for our records.
